The Gift Shop is filled with local & interesting arts, crafts, gifts & clothing and is open every day from 9am to 5pm... except for when it's rarely not!

At the licensed Tree-Pot Tea Garden you can hang out in a hammock or comfy chair or curl up with a book and cuppa in the Bookshop Bar or watch sport on DSTv. A wood-fired pizza oven serves our delicious world famous vegetarian pizzas daily. Try our venison curry special or any of the other light meals and refreshments on offer. We also have a monthly feast from around the world for which you can book. Let us cater for that special occasion under the trees.

Enjoy a scenic walk from Yellowwood through our network of day trails or explore the river course and forest from here. Wander up to the dam for a swim or bass fishing or go to the beach, it's only 1 km away. It's a safe and wild place to inspire the most intrepid explorer. A highlight is the river with plunge pool to do bomb drops in. It's the perfect place to play like one used to in the good old days.

The tree house with its rope swings, trap door and slide will keep kids entertained for hours. There's also a trampoline, sandpit and rabbit cage. Children of all ages can enjoy this tranquil place. It's as nature intended it to be and birdlife is plentiful.
